Producing handmade valve controlled exhaust systems
Beneath individual customizing of valve controlled exhaustsystems for exotics, sports- and supersportscars allowing realizing clients visions,
we offer a huge row of perfectly developed systems for models from Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Mercedes AMG, SLS, and SLR.
At first, before we can start doing some prototype work at the computer, the measurements of the OEM system and some car details are taken with a 3D laser scanner.
Afterwards all required information are exported to the CAD software. Basically those data and before the first real prototypes are made some virtual constructions are done.
With the first customized exhaust the best output increase will be found out step by step on a topmodern dyno testing.
If affordable some detail work is additionally done for a perfect fitment. All required data are collected at our database and the serial production is immediately possible.
As we update our machining continiously to latest technic we´re able to keep up our quality as high as required.
